ONOMA. A hotel I certainly won’t forget.
I came to the hotel for a place to sleep. But a story involving a room, a glass of water and one strange phone call didn’t end at checkout.

I checked into ONOMA late at night on 17 September. The room was dirty, and there wasn’t a single towel.
I had come for a place to sleep, but from the moment I arrived I faced problems I hadn’t expected from a hotel.
Fifteen minutes for a glass of water
At breakfast on the morning of 19 September, I asked for plain water to take my medication. I waited 15 minutes.
A dirty room, no towels and a long wait for a simple request — I already had plenty to mention in my review. But the biggest surprise was still to come.
Anastasia, whom they called Irina
At checkout, I said I would leave an honest review. The booking had been made through my wife Anastasia’s account. My name is Yuri.
After that, a hotel administrator called my wife and addressed her as “Irina” four times. I have no idea who Irina is.
I have no idea who Irina is.
A story that followed me home
I then had to explain to my wife why a hotel employee knew the name of some “Irina” and why they were calling her and using that name.
The situation caused such a serious conflict between us that we ended up talking about divorce.
I came to the hotel for a place to sleep. What I got was a dirty room without towels, a 15-minute wait for water and a family argument. ONOMA, I have never encountered “service” like this before.
My conclusion
If you value your peace of mind and your family life, think three times before booking.
